Colron Construction Inc. has developed an Environmental Health and Safety manual to aid the supervision and employees to conduct their work within the standards set by Colron.
Colron lives on the principle of Journey to Zero. Maintaining ZERO means enforcing and refining our safety programs, policies and procedures.
We do this by:
- Auditing to ensure consistency and measure our safety performance both internally and externally.
- Reviewing effectiveness of all implemented programs, policies and procedures.
- Monitoring daily activities, performance and effectiveness of all programs.
- Recognizing changes and making the adjustments needed in our business objectives.
Safety Training
The industry legislation, and work environments, is always changing. Colron Construction Inc. focuses on being ahead of these evolving changes. We continually strive in the effort to raise the bar over and above the industry standard.
The EH&S expectations are:
- Given to every Colron employee through orientation
- Allows Colron to succeed in our mission to eliminate injuries to personnel, property damage, and impact to the environment.
Colron expects and encourages all of our employees to act on Due Diligence by encouraging all workers to intervene on when seeing unsafe work practices and taking all necessary precautions to protect ALL workers on the jobsite.
